[Image description: A group of people from all ages, races, genders, and backgrounds sit together outside on a beautiful day. They are arranged in a loose circle, each sitting on a differently colored metal chair. They are in a sort of pathed courtyard with four metal tables spread our amongst them. Rising from each of the tables is a big red umbrella spread way, providing comforting shade. Currently all of the folks in the circle are giving their attention to a male presenting figure who is in the middle of the frame. He is in the middle of a sentence, hand raised, gesticulating his point.]
