Teaching Opportunities

Love Theatre? Love Kids? LET’S TALK!

Touchstone Theatre is currently accepting applications to join our Teaching Artist team!
Previous teaching experience preferred, but not required. Preference given to those who have flexible daytime availability.

Touchstone is looking for artists and creatives who are interested in passing on their love of theatre to the next generation. Our Teaching Artists work with students of all ages (5-18), across all of our various programs.

These programs include:
Young Playwrights’ Lab – an afterschool program teaching elementary and middle school students to write their own plays.
Building Bridges – an in-school program that serves students with emotional, social, and behavioral difficulties.
Teen Ensemble/Camp Touchstone – summer programs where our campers’ get to create their own performances and share them with the world.

Core to all of our programs is using theatre to spark creativity, build confidence, and help young people find their voice.
