When disabled and nondisabled movers enter the space, what can we create?

This workshop invites you to explore your body in different ways, together. Learn the basics of integrated technique through deep investigation of our own moving bodies.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Masks must be worn at all times indoors (except for drinks of water) for the health and safety of all, and will be made available for those who need one. Alice and Laurel will be using microphones and sometimes music is used, sometimes exploration is without music. We invite you to come as you are with what you need to settle into the space together and dance. Please dress comfortably to move in. Street shoes are strictly forbidden in the dance studios: ballet slippers, jazz shoes, socks, or barefoot preferred. You may also want to bring a water bottle, notebook, and pencil.

LOCATION: Brisson Dance Studio in Brisson Hall, DeSales University, Center Valley, PA 18034



PARKING: Free parking is available immediately adjacent to Brisson Hall with ADA accessible parking spaces, and accessible pathways to the venue.

RUN TIME: Workshop is 90 minutes. We encourage to arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and get settled.
