Touchstone Theatre is located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, in the heart of the SouthSide Arts District. A mid-sized city of 75,000, our community hosts a wide array of arts and cultural activities, diverse selection of eateries and shops, and rich history with a small-town feel. The City of Bethlehem is situated within the Lehigh Valley region, the third largest community in Pennsylvania, 90 minutes north of Philadelphia and west of New York City. It is affectionately called the “Christmas City” (which inspired Touchstone’s annual vaudevillian holiday show Christmas City Follies) and enjoys partnership with five sister cities in Corfu, Greece; Foiano di Val Fortore, Italy; Murska Sobota, Slovenia; Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany; Tondabayashi, Japan; and will soon announce a new sister city in Puerto Rico.

The theatre campus is adjacent to the South Bethlehem Greenway, an active 2-mile walking trail that boasts public gardens, playgrounds, visual arts, a skate park, and more. Our campus includes an indoor 75-seat theatre, an outdoor stage, cafe/meeting room, lower and upper lobby, rehearsal rooms, staff and student offices, back porches, and a new mural in the parking lot. Learn more in this video, created for guests who may benefit from seeing the public spaces before attending shows.

Students will have access to the Moravian University campus and all the amenities it has to offer, including a gym, full library, and several food courts/cafeterias. Click to learn more information about the Moravian facilities.
